Summary of role



To provide HR and Payroll service to external clients in the yachting industry; ensuring payrolls and employment paperwork are issued correctly and on time.

Responsibilities



Provide a first-class service to all clients Inputting and reconciliation of payrolls in Cintra Raising, processing and checking invoices according to standard procedures Monitoring of cash balances and funds received, including returned payments, taking appropriate action as required Liaise with clients to ensure timely receipt of funds Liaise with clients on contractual and employment issues Investigate payroll queries Reconcile bank statements, where required Liaise with authorities as required, including responding to legal correspondence in a timely manner Ensure payroll year ends are processed accurately and on time Produce all relevant employment documents, within agreed timeframes, monitoring and recording the return of these where appropriate Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation Reporting and documentation of any non-conformities and implement agreed corrective action Any administrative duties in line with the above functions Any other duties as and when reasonable required

Requirements



Proven experience providing customer service in an office setting. Experience with Cintra is desirable but not essential. Understand the overall objectives of the Company Willingness to assist other departments within the Group Maintain accurate records Maintain confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
