We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Cricket Coach.



8.5 hours per week, 30 weeks per year.
Salary: Range 28-30 of the NJC pay framework for Support Staff, 46,326 - 48,665 per annum (reduced to 7315.60 - 7684.96 per annum pro rata) to reflect the reduced working nature of this role. Standard practice is to appoint at bottom of scale.

Role Overview





As the Cricket Coach, you will support the Health and Sport team in delivering high-quality coaching, running training sessions, accompanying teams to fixtures, and helping students develop their cricket skills, while positively contributing to the wider life of the College.
You will bring strong coaching knowledge, creativity in session design, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, whilst demonstrating a clear commitment to safeguarding, student welfare and professional standards.
