Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cricket Professional or Cricket Coach to join our vibrant sports department. Working closely with the Head of Cricket and Director of Sport, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality coaching across all age groups, support the school's fixture programme during the Trinity Term, and play a key role in recruiting and developing talented cricketers. The role also involves fostering links with Northants CCC and other minor counties, assisting with school tournaments, and using video analysis to aid player development. A proactive, committed, and passionate approach to coaching is essential, along with a readiness to support wider departmental initiatives and contribute fully to school life.

Contract type:

Fixed Term (Trinity Term) until Friday, 3rd July 2026.

Hours

: Full Time, approximately 40 hours per week.

To include:

Monday to Friday during normal School hours

After School sessions

Saturdays

Fixtures

Salary:

From 20 per hour for the fixed term, including holiday allowance, depending on qualifications and experience.
