Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Head Cricket Coach . The successful candidate will be responsible for planning training sessions, leading on our Cricket Residential's , and fostering a positive team environment with other Lions coaches and pupils.

Responsibilities

Design and implement effective training programmes tailored to the needs of the team and individual athletes Lead coaching sessions, providing clear instruction and constructive feedback Motivate athletes to achieve their personal best and maintain high standards of performance Organise team strategies for competitions and oversee game-day preparations Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture centred on respect and teamwork Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments and adapt coaching methods accordingly Collaborate with other coaches, staff, to ensure programme alignment and continuous improvement throughout camps and residential.

Requirements

Proven experience in Cricket coaching. Excellent teaching skills, capable of communicating complex techniques clearly and effectively Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate athletes and younger coaches of all ages Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously A recognised cricket coaching qualification Commitment to fostering a safe environment that promotes athlete well-being and fair play
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
