This role is responsible for the deputy management of a team that supports a Business Unit from within the Operations department. Working closely with a fast-paced team, providing accurate, effective operational and problem-solving support, within the Willis Towers Watson CEM framework.
The Role
Operational and Service Delivery
Supporting Line Management responsibility for UK-based K&R billing team
Understand, apply and where necessary explain the business unit policies and procedures.
Deliver timely and accurate end to end client documentation, within the CEM framework, FCA and contract certainty requirements
Loading of data into the relevant WTW systems, in an accurate and timely manner
Undertake and verify due diligence of new clients, markets and third parties
Review, monitor and provide resolution to technical questions from clients, markets, A&S, claims, compliance and business unit colleagues, to ensure that the client's best interests are maintained
Support the BU in accurate tracking and processing of revenue, as required
Assist and liaise with Xchanging, the bureau submission and Facilities teams on submission queries
Communicate effectively with colleagues, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels
Undertake all mandatory training within the deadline set
Undertake annually required level of Continuous Professional Development
Perform quality checks on all documentation
Maintain confidentiality of information at all times and manage data in line with WTW guidelines
Any other duties as requested
Qualifications

Ability to work on own initiative and manage conflicting priorities
Keen eye for detail
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Able to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external sources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Understanding of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
Working knowledge of insurance industry, wordings and the regulatory environment
Working towards or willing to undertake CII qualifications
Previous people management / supervisory experience preferable
