An excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated CRM Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our CRM system in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
This role involves;
Updating the CRM system with new projects, architects, quotes etc
Assist with the CRM database and reporting
Work closely with the immediate team, marketing and external sales to delivery strong CRM comms plans every month that align with business priorities
Oversee and support with specific ongoing projects
Champion and manage the accurate and efficient collection of data across the business, seeking improvement opportunities
Strive to grow the CRM database via data capture initiatives and improve data quality
Reviewing system information and cleansing the system on a regular basis
Support the development of the customer journey
Compile reports on user input and pipelines on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
General administrative support for our commercial teams - customer relations, external sales and facades
What the ideal candidate will have
Experience in working with CRM systems/databases
Strong project management & reporting skills
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Excellent communication skills to ensure efficient understanding and turnaround of required tasks
Excellent administrative skills to understand what is required and identifying the most effective method of completing the action
Competency in IT office software such as
o Outlook
o Excel
o Word
o Powerpoint
o Adobe Pro
Understanding of business activities to deliver requested actions efficiently
Using initiative where required, seeing and approaching tasks that may have stalled to be able to take appropriate actions to move them forward to a conclusion
