Based in Birmingham, a leading legal firm is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join the firm\'s wider Marketing department on a 9 month fixed term contract basis. The role will be multifaceted and will require a real go-getter with a great attention to detail and a strength of character and confidence in dealing with people throughout the firm at all levels. The CRM Executive will assist the CRM Manager and wider Marketing department in managing the database, assisting with email campaigns, improving the quality of the data and acting as a champion within the business to increase adoption, usage and reporting. The ideal candidate will be well educated with excellent team working skills and a positive and proactive attitude with the drive, enthusiasm and tenacity to see tasks through to completion. The CRM Executive will have proven experience working in a similar role within a professional services environment to include time spent working with data. Strong InterAction, and advanced Excel skills are also prerequisite whilst a good working knowledge of Vuture modules is highly desirable.
