The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for aCRM Executiveto be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you're passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!



In this entry-level role, you'll be at the heart of our CRM operations, building and sending emails, analysing customer data, and helping shape campaigns that drive real sales growth. You'll work closely with our marketing and commercial teams to plan smart, targeted communications and keep our CRM humming.

What you'll be doing:



Managing day-to-day CRM activity and keeping customer data clean and accurate Building BAU and trigger emails with marketing, and keeping comms fresh and relevant Diving into data to spot trends, run reports, and share insights that guide decisions Setting up campaigns, segmenting audiences, and running A/B tests Supporting commercial planning with data-driven strategies and campaign coordination Collaborating across teams to boost customer engagement and retention Keeping an eye on competitors' comms, design, loyalty programmes, and more
This is a hybrid role 3 days a week on site at HQ.



About you:






We're looking for a CRM Executive who's got a sharp eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a knack for turning data into engaging email campaigns. If you love working fast, thinking big, and collaborating across teams--this is for you.

You'll need:



Experience with ESPs like Bloomreach, Klaviyo or MailChimp Strong writing and communication skills A flair for creative thinking and campaign ideas Confidence working with data, segmentation, and A/B testing A collaborative, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points for:



A degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science CRM and data tool experience (Excel, SQL, Salesforce, HubSpot) Previous marketing or sales experience (not essential)
