Content & Collaboration

Work with content, design, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure CRM content is consistent, compliant and brand-aligned. Support ad-hoc tasks such as copy updates, basic image amendments, and campaign QA.

Testing & Optimisation

Contribute ideas for improving customer journeys using data and insights. Participate in building and maintaining a structured testing roadmap. Review campaign results and share learnings that can help improve performance.
