What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?

You will be responsible for developing our customer communications and retention strategy, including further delivery of email and mobile marketing plans, reporting on KPIs and building long term profitable relationships with our partners.

Partnered with some of the biggest teams in Football, Cricket, Rugby and Motorsport. We are on a mission to produce a consistent, market-leading customer experience for our partners with an exciting new role available for a Partnership CRM Executive position within our e-Commerce team.

Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will work with internal functions (e-Commerce, Social, Retail, Finance), outside agencies and partners across the business. These disciplines will work holistically to create and produce personalised content that engages and builds relationships with our customers, ultimately helping our sporting partners to build their customer base and business.

What will I do?

\xc2\xb7Working closely with sporting partners and partnership teams to ensure campaigns are delivered in line with the marketing plans

\xc2\xb7Run the day-to-day management of email delivery and develop a programme of communications that deepens engagement with our international customers.

\xc2\xb7Build, test, and schedule email communications for our partner team sites.

\xc2\xb7Develop Castore\xe2\x80\x99s CRM function - design marketing strategies to retain, reward and reactivate customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle.

\xc2\xb7Ownership of customer data - responsible for data hygiene, standardisation, validation, and de-duping activities, including GDPR requests.

\xc2\xb7Partner with Trade teams to build a comprehensive view of our online customers - you will develop the CRM database (Klayvio) and improve visibility of customer behaviour and targeting opportunities.

\xc2\xb7Champion for data capture throughout retail and online, ensuring that best practices are met within relevant teams.

\xc2\xb7Monitor and report on the performance of new initiatives, monthly KPIs and A/B testing to optimise communication & campaign performance.

\xc2\xb7Work to develop scalable acquisition programs and partnerships with a view to database growth.

\xc2\xb7In a fast-paced retail environment you will need to be flexible and adapt the strategic plan throughout the year in response to new opportunities and challenges.

What skills and qualities will I need?

\xc2\xb7Experience in online CRM Marketing, within fashion and/or retail experience is desirable but not essential

\xc2\xb7Proven track record of working in a fast paced, commercial trading environment.

\xc2\xb7An understanding of the current data protection and privacy legislation

\xc2\xb7Excellent in email marketing and ESP tools (Klayvio knowledge is a big bonus)

\xc2\xb7Good knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics)

\xc2\xb7A self-starter, able to manage several projects and work under pressure
