What you'll do day to day
Review and create reporting to assist with Lead Management at site, divisional and group level.
Assist with Identifying training needs and support CRM Managers to improve agreed KPIs.
Assist with ensuring all our systems are updated with any changes to our data protection policy.
Help maintain data amendment requests within Divisional CRM Inboxes - be responsible for updating of customer details or opt out requests.
Work with the CRM Managers and IT, manage CRM customer database, including hygiene, auditing for accuracy and integration of new data elements.
Review the brand and Group 1 Customer Experience and Reputation scores sharing best practice and reporting with divisional and central teams
Support the CRM Managers with accurate reporting, analysis to help with the development of CRM Strategies for the Divisions/Group

Experience using Keyloop Drive DMS (desirable not essential)
Experience using Dealerweb LMS (desirable not essential)
Experience in database hygiene, auditing for accuracy, cleansing and integration
Highly organized and demonstrably detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, "self-starter" environment
Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
Team-player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
