As we continue to grow our digital marketing capability, were looking for an experienced CRM executive to support our CRM strategy.


About the role




We are looking for a motivated CRM Executive to join our team in Skelmersdale, working alongside our CRM Executive and reporting to the CRM Manager. You will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and optimisation of multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messages.


Your responsibilities will include coordinating campaign strategies, managing campaign builds and schedules, designing automated customer journeys, and maintaining accurate customer data. Youll also collaborate with teams across the business to ensure all customer communications are engaging, timely, and compliant.


The ideal candidate will bring 23 years of CRM experience (preferably in a B2C e-commerce environment), a strong analytical mindset, and a good understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and automation tools. Experience with Braze is desirable.


This role requires excellent communication, organisation, and data analysis skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced environment.


Core job responsibilities




Assist in the planning and delivering of multi-channel (email, SMS/RCS, in-app, push, content cards, WhatsApp) CRM marketing campaigns, including SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, and In-App-Messages (IAMS). Coordination of communications planner and strategy with team Manage the building, scheduling, testing and optimisation of multichannel CRM campaigns Assist with the design and build of automated CRM journeys (canvas) and suggest optimisations for our automated CRM journeys triggered by customer behaviours and lifecycle milestones. Collaboration with other teams within the wider business to ensure we have up to date content and communications across our channel Database management, including cleansing strategy Monitor journey performance and deliver actionable insights to improve conversion and retention through structured testing programmes. Provide support to the wider CRM team, occasional holiday cover

About you




Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms 2-3 years CRM experience, ideally within a B2C ecommerce business Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Demonstrate strong compliance with company policies, data protection standards, and industry regulations Excellent time management and communication skills Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and automation * Skilled in data analysis, segmentation, and A/B/multivariate testing
