We have an opportunity to join our Head Office CRM Team at Northminster Business Park, York as a CRM Executive. This is a full time permanent

role for 39.5 hours over 5 days per week.



In this role, you will be playing a key part in managing and optimising customer marketing activity. You'll support strategy to target key customer segments to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value, ensuring that the right customers receive the right communications at the right time.


The CRM Executive will work closely with the Head of CRM, CRM team, and wider Ecommerce and Marketing departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Supporting customer segmentation and targeting strategies to increase CLTV. Executing strategy to target lifecycle stages and behavioural triggers to increase CLTV. Working with internal teams and tech partners to maximise benefit of tools, including Dotdigital and Fresh Relevance. Analysing customer data and campaign performance, reporting on KPIs (retention rate, click rate, conversion, unsubscribe rate etc), making data-driven recommendations for enhancement. Assisting email marketing specialists to automate and optimise email campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales. Assisting in maintaining customer data integrity, ensuring GDPR compliance.

Here's what we're looking for in a CRM Executive:



1-3 years' experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing Degree in marketing or similar field desired Experience using a CRM, CDP, or ESP (e.g. Dotdigital, Klaviyo, Braze or similar) Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign results and customer data Proficiency using reporting tools e.g. Google Analytics, Excel Excellent attention to detail and project management skills Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and managing multiple priorities Proficiency in using SPSS a bonus

The Pavers story began in York in 1971 when Catherine Paver took out a 200 bank loan (for a sofa she told them) to fund her new business. She had big dreams of changing the world of footwear and a passion to provide comfortable and stylish shoes for all.


Starting small, she sold shoes at village halls and homeware parties before opening the first Pavers shop in Scarborough in 1981, when Catherine's three sons joined the business. One of her sons, Stuart, ran the business as Managing Director for over 40 years, joined by his son Jason in 2016. As of September 2023, Jason Paver is now the Managing Director of Pavers Ltd, with Stuart Paver moving to Chairman, taking the company into the 3rd generation of family run leadership.


From these modest beginnings, Pavers Shoes has grown to be a UK leader in today's footwear industry, with over 180 stores nationwide encompassing our more recently acquired brands including Jones Bootmaker, Herring Shoes, Padders & Van Dal.


We remain acquisitive, highly profitable, and are an ever-growing, independent family-run business, employing over 1,900 people.
