? Weight Medics--Doctor-led weight loss programmes and medical support
? Cavendish Academy--Our newly launched aesthetics and skincare training school, developed in partnership with the University of Greater Manchester
The Role
We're looking for a motivated and creative
CRM & Social Media Executive
to support our customer retention, engagement, and community-building efforts across email and social platforms. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will help us build powerful digital relationships with our clients and wider audience through intelligent CRM campaigns and meaningful online campaigns.
You'll work collaboratively with our
Brand & Content Executive
to support organic social activity from idea generation to outreach and community engagement and help create seamless, automated journeys that reflect our tone of voice and values.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing (Klaviyo-led)
? Create and execute CRM campaigns across Cavendish Clinic, Weight Medics, and Cavendish Academy via Klaviyo
? Segment customer data for personalisation and performance optimisation
? Support group-wide lead nurturing strategies to drive consultation bookings, treatment uptake, training course sign-ups, and loyalty
? Analyse and report on key CRM KPIs to inform future activity
? Ensure brand consistency and compliance with data privacy regulations
Social Media (Content & Community)
? Work closely with our Brand & Content Executive to support monthly content planning and idea generation
? Support with the set up of basic automation via Meta (e.g. chatbot replies, FAQ flows)
? Monitor social trends, competitor activity and hashtags to suggest new content ideas and engagement strategies
? Support the team in planning and executing giveaways, partnerships, and influencer activations across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
? Support the coordination of content shoots, including photography, video, and social-first assets, as well as in-clinic activations and brand partnership events, ensuring content is captured for multi-channel use.
? Lead on community management, including:
? Following and engaging with target communities (e.g. aesthetics professionals, beauty journalists, potential clients, students, influencers
? Outreaching to potential clients and brand advocates
? Responding to DMs, mentions, and comments to build real connections
Requirements
? Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo and email marketing automation
? Good working knowledge of Canva to support content concepting and edits
? Strong experience with Instagram, Meta, and LinkedIn (posting, scheduling, insights)
? Intermediate understanding of TikTok, with a willingness to test creative ideas and trend
? Excellent written English and confident copywriting ability for email, blogs, and social
? A client-first, insight-driven approach to communications
? Comfortable working across multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
? Collaborative, communicative, and proactive in sharing ideas and feedback
Desirable (Bonus Skills)
? Experience using reporting tools like GA4, Meta Insights, or Klaviyo dashboards
? Experience in SMS marketing and integrating across multi-channel funnels
? Familiarity with AI-generated tools for video or photo enhancement (e.g. CapCut, Gemini, and others)
? Familiarity with healthcare or aesthetics regulations and clinical copywriting
? A passion for skincare, aesthetics, wellness, or education in the beauty/medical industry
