We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in service-oriented architecture and systems engineering, with a focus on enhancing customer relationship management processes. This role requires expertise in various technologies and platforms, including cloud services and database management, to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Execution:
Develop and execute a multi-channel CRM strategy across the entire customer lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, win-back).
Hands-on management of end-to-end automated marketing campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Leverage customer data to create hyper-targeted segments and deliver highly relevant, personalized content and offers.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key CRM KPIs (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversion rates, LTV, ROI) to derive actionable insights.
Design & Content Creation:
Design visually engaging and on-brand marketing materials for digital channels, including email templates, social media graphics, web banners, and digital posters.
Utilize design tools (e.g.,
Canva
, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality visuals that enhance communication and drive engagement.
Ensure all customer-facing communications maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create compelling visual content for campaigns.
User Experience (UX) Improvement:
Map and analyze the customer journey to identify key touchpoints, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
Propose and implement A/B tests on landing pages, email layouts, and user flows to optimize for conversion and usability.
Use customer feedback and data to advocate for and contribute to a superior user experience across all digital properties.
Collaborate with product and web development teams to suggest UX enhancements based on CRM insights.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing role.
Proven experience building and executing campaigns in a major CRM/Marketing Automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze).
Strong design skills and proficiency with visual design tools such as Canva (required) and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop - a plus).
A portfolio showcasing visual design work for digital marketing (e.g., emails, social graphics, banners).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting data. Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
