CRM Specialist

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on using data to drive customer engagement, build loyalty and shape meaningful customer journeys across multiple channels.

The role is in the perfect location for candidates based in Norton Disney, Swinderby, South Hykeham, Lincoln and the surrounding areas. You must be able to drive to get to the location, this is essential to be considered for the role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established marketing function and own the full CRM journey helping the business implement a new Customer Engagement Platform and deliver smarter, more personalised campaigns that truly put the customer first.

Responsibilities:

Managing and executing CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and digital platforms Creating and optimising automated customer journeys Analysing campaign performance to drive engagement, retention, and ROI Supporting the development of segmentation strategies and loyalty initiatives Collaborating with marketing, digital and product teams to align CRM with wider business goals Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining data accuracy

Your Background & Experience:

Proven experience in a CRM, email communication or digital campaign role Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Data-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and performance metrics Confident using tools like Google Analytics and Excel for reporting and analysis A self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Salary: 30,000 - 38,000 (Negotiable depending on experience.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
