CRM Specialist





Populous is an award-winning international design firm specializing in creating destinations that bring people and communities together for unforgettable experiences.
We are rolling out a new CRM system, based on Dynamics 365, and are seeking a talented CRM Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving stakeholder engagement and adoption through strategic CRM management. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this position will focus on optimising the CRM system to enhance stakeholder experiences, ultimately improving client satisfaction and supporting business growth.



Our preferred candidate will have prior experience in the AEC industry, and an interest in working in a dynamic global design environment with a diverse range of clients and building types.



Key responsibilities


Implement CRM management best practices to streamline operations and improve user experience. Support the initial rollout of Dynamics to new user groups, including creating clear, engaging materials for on-demand CRM training. Maintain and cleanse CRM databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance. Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting and delivering training sessions on CRM features and best practices. Develop and manage segmented customer lists based on behaviours, preferences, and demographics. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CRM system and recommend efficiency solutions, including integrations via API or native 3rd party tools and datasets. Collaborate with Market Leaders on client initiatives and relationship tracking. Generate reports using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI. Support other data centralisation / systems projects such as the best practice libraries in Sharepoint / Open Asset

Requirements For Success


Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Microsoft Office (Word, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner). Nice to have: familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Open Asset and Introhive. Customer-focused with strong organizational, project management, and communication skills (verbal, technical writing, creative writing, proofreading, and editing). Proactive in seeking new tasks, responsibilities, and feedback. Effective in upward communication, advising managers of progress, identifying problems, and presenting solutions. Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills. Study in marketing operations or systems, communications, business administration, sales or a related field. Some years of experience in Professional Services or a B2B environment. Architecture, Engineering or Construction Industry a plus.
