As a Team Leader in the Investable Index Structuring team, you will spearhead the development of quantitative investment strategies across asset classes for US clients. Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement new investment strategies across all asset classes for the US market
Collaborate with research, trading, and sales teams to develop innovative financial solutions
Stay informed on investment themes and academic research in the quantitative investment space
Partner with regional structuring teams to market content and originate trades for US clients
Transform concepts into tradable products, balancing requirements from various stakeholders
Support the execution of transactions linked to our indices
Engage in dialogue with sales and clients to understand and meet their needs
Lead the team in adapting strategies to align with market trends and client demands
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in product development
Drive the origination and execution of quantitative investment strategy trades
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Extensive experience in product design and origination of quantitative investment strategy trades for US clients
Proven track record of success with US clients
Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Master's degree in a relevant quantitative discipline
Experience in leading cross-functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive strategic initiatives
Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of financial product development
