We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Oxenhope, Keighley.

The ideal candidate

You will be passionate about health and fitness with an emphasis on functional fitness.

You will be comfortable working with all ages and abilities.

You will be confident leading small group fitness classes of up to 12 people.

You will be committed to your own continuing professional development.

The role

Part time initially coaching 2-3 classes per week

Providing holiday cover

Delivers excellent customer service to our members

Perform and demonstrate all exercises in classes with modifications as needed

Ensure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly while keeping them motivated and encouraged

To provide a welcoming, professional environment for all

Teaching our group classes

Helping to organise monthly social events

Involvement in programming of some classes

Attend and taking part in at least one class a week

Undertaking any administrative tasks, enquiries, complaints and emergencies whilst on shift

opportunities to also coach your own personal training sessions within the gym too, this will be discussed via an informal interview/chat

Your experience

Fitness Instructor Level 2 mandatory

CrossFit Level 1 coach is essential

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.00-20.00 per hour
