About the Role

You'll join our

End of Build cleaning team

, helping prepare newly built or refurbished properties for client handover. Your role is to carry out detailed, professional deep cleans that remove dust, paint, residue, and other post-construction marks -- ensuring spaces are clean, safe, and ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

Deep clean of all internal areas including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living spaces. Remove paint, plaster, stickers, tape, and dust from surfaces and fixtures. Clean skirtings, doors, internal glass, walls, sockets, switches, and fittings. Sweep, vacuum, mop, and scrub all floor types using appropriate tools. Disinfect bathrooms and kitchens; descale taps and polish chrome/tiles. Clear dust and minor construction debris using suitable PPE and equipment. Follow method statements, COSHH guidance, and safe systems of work. Report any damage, snags, or access issues during cleaning. Maintain equipment and keep cleaning store tidy and stocked. Adhere to site rules, including PPE, access control, and sign-in/out procedures.

What Good Looks Like (KPIs)

Properties pass cleaning inspections and are handover-ready. All assigned areas cleaned to a high standard within agreed timeframes. No accidents or near misses due to proper PPE and compliance. Strong feedback from site managers and client teams.

Person Specification

Experience in end of build, after-build, or sparkle cleans is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable using cleaning tools and working around construction dust/residue. Can follow safety and cleaning instructions in English.

Compliance & Site Requirements

CSCS Card (valid)

- Required before starting. Right to work in the UK (ID checked at interview). Two satisfactory references (covering the last 2 years). Willingness to complete COSHH, Manual Handling, and site H&S induction before first shift.
