Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various construction projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and cleaning of construction sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials. Carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Follow instructions from site supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople in their duties. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and materials on site.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role within the construction industry is advantageous but not essential. A valid CSCS card is required to ensure compliance with site regulations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. Strong communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report any issues promptly. A good understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace is preferred.

Contract length: 2 weeks

Pay: 12.21-16.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
