Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and demonstrate a strong work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role is essential in supporting various construction activities, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites Carry out general labouring tasks as directed by site supervisors Load and unload materials and equipment safely Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition Follow health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly

Requirements

Valid CSCS card is essential Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
