Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by clearing debris and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, such as bricklaying, carpentry, or plumbing, as required. Follow health and safety guidelines to minimise risks and hazards on the construction site. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly. Participate in site meetings and training sessions as necessary.

Qualifications

Valid CSCS card is essential for this role. Previous experience in construction or labouring is advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices on-site. Willingness to undertake further training or certifications as required. Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
