Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a valid CSCS card and will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site to ensure the smooth operation of construction activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including but not limited to bricklaying, carpentry, and plumbing. Carry out general labouring duties such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and maintaining site cleanliness. Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Operate basic tools and machinery as required, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Support the team in achieving project deadlines by being punctual and reliable.

Requirements

Valid CSCS card is essential. Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. A proactive approach to health and safety practices on-site. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
