We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join one of our bust project-teams working in and around
Sidcup.
Main Duties
Preparing correspondence to cover issues such as access, delay in works, changing/adding works and resolving issues
Dealing with residents' complaints and issues, either via email, phone, or visits to their home
Collecting KPIs upon work completion, and logging the results
Arranging appointments for workers and subcontractors where necessary
Building good relationships with the residents
Essential Skills/Knowledge
Driving license is essential
Strong face-to-face customer service experience
Good communicator, both oral and written
Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
Basic IT knowledge
Package
Salary - 24,000 - 30,000
Hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (1hr for lunch)
21 days of holiday + bank holidays and Christmas closure
Birthday day off

Additional Information
DBS check will be carried out on your behalf at the companies expense
