Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -



Contact assigned leads, complete online/phone surveys in a timely and efficient manner. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels. Follow scripts, when conducting client surveys, and submit accurate records of completed surveys. Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling efforts. Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. Conduct administrative meetings with new clients and staff as assigned. Process payments for sales made as instructed by management. Audit completed work of clients to ensure that required quality standards, regulations, and procedures are being followed.

Person Requirements: -



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and yet maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail, and ability to identify errors that could pose risks.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 29,880.00-30,500.00 per year
