Fallow's permanent home in St James's market was established in November 2021 and has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire and GQ 'sustainable restaurant of the year' and the Caterer award for 'best new restaurant'.



We're looking for an organised and food-obsessed

Culinary Production Assistant

to join our content team and support the development,testing and publishing of recipes across YouTube,our website,and social channels.

Key responsibilities:

Support the content team in developing,testing,and publishing recipes across YouTube,the website,and social channels. Work closely with the Production Chef and Home Economist to take each recipe from concept to finished video. Research dishes and prepare ingredient notes ahead of filming. Write up and print facts about dishes for filming. Take notes during filming sessions to capture recipe changes or adjustments. Test recipes for home use to ensure accuracy and accessibility for online publication. Ensure all recipes are fully tested and ready before video upload. Upload recipes to the website and manage the online recipe library. Upload content and visuals to Pinterest. Send out newsletters when new recipes are published. Act as a runner and general support for Rachel and the wider production team during filming days.

About you:

Organised,detail-oriented,and passionate about food and cooking. Early in your career in food media -- whether through formal study,kitchen experience,or a personal passion for cooking and content creation. Enthusiastic about learning and growing into recipe development and research responsibilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced,hands-on environment. A team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
