Are you a passionate science educator with leadership experience and a drive to shape the future of vocational science education?

Newham College is seeking an exceptional Curriculum Manager - Vocational Science to lead the planning, development, and quality of our science curriculum across BTEC Levels 1-3, GCSE, and adult learning, including Access programmes. You'll play a vital role in shaping a responsive, high-quality curriculum that meets learners' needs and local industry demand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of science educators and technicians across centres. Drive curriculum innovation, ensuring alignment with labour market demands. Manage budgets, timetabling, and staff performance to achieve college KPIs. Deliver between 7 to 12 hours of teaching per week as a model of excellence. Ensure inclusive and supportive learning environments and interventions for vulnerable learners.

Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults
