As a

Curriculum Support Administrator

, you'll work closely with curriculum teams, supporting a wide range of student data and administrative processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

We are currently recruiting for two positions. Please indicate which role you are applying for in your application.



Vacancy 1: Full Time - 35.5 hours per week



Vacancy 2: Part time - 22.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm)



Actual Salary: 15,129.51 - 15,546.55 per annum



Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support across curriculum areas including admissions, timetabling, exams, and student support. Maintain accurate student records and assist with data quality processes. Support internal and external audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and student registrations. Take minutes at meetings and assist with organising student disciplinaries and events.

Essential Criteria



Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline. GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above. Experience in student administration or a data-related role. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.). Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
