Essential Criteria
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience within the education sector
GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
Experience in student administration or a data-related role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across curriculum areas including admissions, timetabling, exams, and student support
Maintain accurate student records and support data quality processes
Assist with internal and external audits and quality assurance activities
Support meetings and events, including minute-taking and preparation
Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and student registrations
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of administrative processes
Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies

Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
