Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking to make a difference in education? Join our Curriculum Support team at DN Colleges Group, where you'll play a vital role in supporting curriculum areas and ensuring the smooth running of student data and administrative processes.

Essential Criteria




To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience within the education sector GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above Experience in student administration or a data-related role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, etc.) Excellent communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative support across curriculum areas including admissions, timetabling, exams, and student support Maintain accurate student records and support data quality processes Assist with internal and external audits and quality assurance activities Support meetings and events, including minute-taking and preparation Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and student registrations Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of administrative processes Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies

Lets Teach Programme



Let's Teach The LET's teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Let's Bloom



The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
