Love working with your hands? Handy with a drill and a tape measure? We've got just the job for you.

We're looking for a Curtain and Blind Fitter to join our Made to Measure team in Redditch. You'll be out on the road, helping customers turn their houses into homes - one perfectly fitted window at a time.

We'll kit you out with:

A van (yep, your own wheels) A full tool suite (no need to bring your own) A fuel card (so you're not out of pocket)

All we ask is that you've got a full UK driving licence, a good eye for detail, and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Thinking about a change?
Want to work closer to home in Kilmarnock Looking for a secure role with real career prospects? Fancy joining one of the UK's top-rated employers?

If that's a yes, then do a bit of homework on us, polish up your CV, and hit apply. This could be the start of something great.

What you'll be doing

Once you've applied, we'll give you a quick call to walk you through what the role's really like - the day-to-day, the team, and what makes it such a great opportunity. No pressure, just a friendly chat to help you get a feel for things.

We're proud to be one of the few retailers still growing strong - and as market leaders in Curtains & Blinds, we're always on the lookout for skilled fitters who can offer more than just a practical service. We want people who can bring a bit of warmth and professionalism into our customers' homes.

Our fitters are a big part of why customers keep coming back to our Made to Measure service. It's not just about getting the job done - it's about doing it with care, confidence, and a smile.

What we'll look for in you

You're hands-on, switched-on, and ready to roll up your sleeves. You take pride in your work, care about doing a great job, and always put the customer first - because you know that a well-fitted blind or curtain can make a house feel like home.

Ideally, you've got some experience with power tools and have worked in a fitting, trade, or hands-on role before. But don't worry if you're not a pro just yet - we've got a brilliant training programme, and we're big believers in investing in people with the right attitude and potential.

If you've worked in a customer-facing role, even better. You'll understand that sometimes our customers need us to pop by in the evenings or at weekends, so a bit of flexibility goes a long way.
