Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install curtain wall systems including glass, aluminum panels, and structural framing. Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and plans. Measure, cut, and fit materials using hand and power tools. Align and secure curtain wall frames and panels with precision. Apply sealants, gaskets, and weatherproofing materials. Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other trades. Conduct inspections and fix any alignment or fitting issues. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including working at height protocols. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Curtain Wall Fixer or similar role in facade installation. Good understanding of curtain wall systems, materials, and installation techniques. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction documents. Comfortable working at heights using scaffolding or MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms). CSCS card or equivalent construction site certification. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Curtain Wall Installation (preferred). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physical fitness and manual dexterity.

Desirable:

IPAF certification (for using powered access equipment).

PASMA certification (for mobile tower scaffolds).

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: 19.00-21.00 per hour
