Our Role



As the Customer and Business Support Coordinator you will work as part of the Pre-Application and Triage team you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day to day Business Support activities in respect to providing our customers with a Pre-application Support and Triage function for all new connections across the North West.


This role is to ensure our customers and stakeholders needs are established proactively through pre-application engagement and activities and support given to transition their enquiry into the quotation and delivery sections through the provision of accurate, comprehensive and user-friendly information in their preferred communication channel. being that one point of contact for the customer wherever possible owing the end to end experience.


You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for our customers though their preferred method of contact to assist and support their pre-application process journey. Owning and leading with all processes, policies and technical queries to improve the customers overall service from pre-application to Delivery.

The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.





What we're looking for



Have proven experience delivering Expert Customer Service. LV & HV Networks Knowledge and experience of other Core Company systems such as GIS / GEOFIELD. Be a matter expert in the use of SAP, SAP Portal & MS Office specifically Outlook and Excel. Commercial Awareness. Have exceptional communications skills both written and verbal. Experience in challenging for continuous improvement. Influencing skills. Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to apply knowledge effectively to processes. Demonstrate resilience with the ability to work under pressure. Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and maintain data integrity. Self-driven with the proven ability to work in a demanding role. Have excellent time management skills. Flexible, adaptable and organised. Full UK Driving License
