Duties
Provide administrative support including managing schedules, organising meetings, and maintaining files.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone and email, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Assist in analysing data to prepare reports and presentations as required.
Support our clients and partners by providing information about additional services, training or products to our clients.
Handle communications, particularly to the elderly or less tech efficient, to cater to a diverse clientele.
Maintain an organised workspace and assist with general office management tasks.
Manage incoming calls and reception
Support our management team with assistance
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly demeanour with exceptional phone etiquette.
