Job description
Our Customer Assistant is responsible for serving customers whilst maintaining standards within the store, replenishing stock through rotation and date code checking, dealing with queries and complaints from customers and other members of the public including, Sales Reps and other third parties, performing other duties that assist in the opening and closure of the store as well as completing any other reasonable tasks and duties as requested of them from their manager.
Other expectations will include working on the backdoor, bailing cardboard, cleaning our forecourt, tidying the warehouse as well as other cleaning duties to maintain high standards across the store
A flexible approach to work hours is preferred as a mixture of early & late evening shifts will be available across a 7 day week. Availability to work late evenings and weekends is required.
