As a Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our merchandising efforts while ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services. Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display. Handle customer transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for cash handling. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Exceptional organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment and merchandise displays. Time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Experience in merchandising is advantageous but not mandatory.
