About the Role



We are looking for a talented

Customer / Business Development Executive

to join our client's London team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to both B2C and B2B audiences, promoting financial solution and generating sales leads.

The role requires efficient time management to cater to the different target audiences and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential B2C and B2B clients to introduce the products/services and generate sales leads. Understand the needs and preferences of both B2C and B2B clients and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Effectively communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet weekly and monthly calls targets and KPIs. Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling, ways to improve. Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound calling strategies, lead quality and customer response

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in both B2C and B2B environments. English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant phone manner. Prior experience in mortgage or real estate is an asset. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to engage prospects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Positive attitude, vibrant personality, resilience and a strong desire to succeed in sales Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Schedule:

5 days a week (Monday to Friday). The working hours may vary to accommodate target audiences, also possibility of extending working hours based on performance and business needs.

Pay: From 28,000.00 per year

Bachelor's (preferred)

Outbound sales: 1 year (preferred)
