Our client is a fintech company building innovative solutions for the UK home finance market. They launched of financing solution for buy-to-let landlords and are now expending a referral program to partner with mortgage brokers and estate agents.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2C clients (buy-to-let landlords) and B2B partners (mortgage professionals and estate agents) to introduce the solution and generate qualified sales leads.
Identify and understand the needs, goals, and preferences of both B2C and B2B clients, adapting sales approaches to maximise engagement and conversion.
Confidently present solution features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty.
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly call targets, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes within the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and continuous process improvement.
Provide regular feedback to management on outbound calling performance, lead quality, customer responses, and market insights to support strategic improvements.
Requirements:
Telesales experience, ideally across both B2C and B2B environments.
English speaker with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
Experience in the mortgage or real estate sector is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Confident user of CRM systems and sales tools.
Positive, resilient, and highly motivated personality with a strong drive to succeed.
Strong time-management and prioritisation skills to consistently meet targets and KPIs.

5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
