What you\'ll be doing

As a Customer Care Advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the first point of contact for our existing customers, ensuring the delivery of first-class customer service. A key requirement of the role is that all activity performed aligns to our values and behaviours, with a customer-centric focus always maintained.

  • Inbound and outbound calling to our existing customers to manage and resolve their queries.
  • Complete all CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations utilising your problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Using knowledge gained from training, clarify, and understand the customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
  • Have a proactive attitude and commitment to giving every customer a great experience.
  • Perform all activity within regulatory standards, GDPR, quality policies.
