The Customer Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.
Upsell products and services based on customer needs while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer concerns.
Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services offered.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications is advantageous.
