Job Description

Helping people settle into their new home should be exciting and stress-free - and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and pro-active Customer Care Co-ordinator to make sure our clients' customers feel at home from day one.

Part-time | 20 hours per week | 28,000 pro rata plus vehicle.

Hybrid working - a mix of remote and on-site (East and West Yorkshire)

What you'll be doing:

Handling queries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care with our Clients' Customer Care team.

Arranging inspections and coordinating any remedial works with our Site Management teams.

Keeping records up to date and supporting the admin process.

Working closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience with customer enquiries or concerns addressed.

What we're looking for:

Experience in an admin role within construction or building company.

A people person who genuinely cares about helping others.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and confident with IT.

Organised, self-motivated, and able to juggle priorities.
