We're looking for a Customer Content Curator to help us tell the story of our neighbourhoods bringing people together, keeping them informed, and showcasing all the things that make our communities great. Whether it's highlighting local events, celebrating community champions, or sharing the latest neighbourhood news, you'll play a key part in creating content that connects and inspires.
This isn't your typical content role it's about making a real difference, working alongside residents and local teams, and helping to build stronger, more vibrant communities.
Base location: Bede Island, Leicester, with frequent travel across the South East region to build relationships and source great local content.

What you'll be doing
Sourcing and creating engaging website content that reflects the local community's interests and needs.
Sharing stories that matter from local news and events to human-interest features and business spotlights.
Building relationships across our neighbourhoods and being a visible presence at local events.
Keeping our content fresh, relevant, and inclusive by regularly updating the website and listening to community feedback.
Staying on top of local trends, news, and social media to make sure our content is timely and engaging.
Making sure all content meets high quality standards and aligns with our values.
What we're looking for:
Experience creating and managing website content, ideally in a community-focused role.
A real passion for local culture, businesses, and events you know what's happening and what people care about.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with residents, teams, and local groups.
Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and juggling multiple priorities.
Familiar with content management systems and social media platforms.
Up-to-date with local trends, news, and community conversations.
Committed to producing inclusive, high-quality content that reflects the diversity of our neighbourhoods.
Happy to attend local events and be a visible face in the community, with frequent travel across the South East.

This role of requires the successful candidate to complete a basic DBS check. A basic DBS check will show any unspent convictions.
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
