Customer Engagement Advisor
Established in 1985, Pero is a family run company that produces high quality, premium pet foods from our farm in the foothills of the Snowdonia National Park. After considerable growth we have just moved to a brand new set of offices in Penygroes, Gwynedd.
We have many years' experience creating all-natural recipes of the finest quality, with eight core recipes in the Pero range, and over 100 different recipes and blends through our Signature range, which lets our customers create their own brand of dog foods.
We take a strong stance against animal cruelty, and all of our products are certified cruelty free by a number of organisations, including PETA and Uncaged.
We only use the highest quality ingredients in our foods, and have something for everyone when it comes to flavours and varieties.

About the role
First point of contact for customers for questions, problems, or any other customer facing issues
Come up with processes and help with ideas that will enable us, or our customers to self-resolve issues, or even preempt them
We want to recruit highly motivated team members that are keen to support the growth of Pero and their careers
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries, answering any questions over the phone,by email or online
Enter customer orders and prepare the order ready for the order picking teams.
Take ownership of customer experiences and outcomes, with full support and guidance from our management and support teams
Complete all Customer Support tasks to a high level of service
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and turn dissatisfied customers into happy customers
Manage, prioritise and resolve different tasks through multiple work streams against targets
Apply if:

You have Customer Support experience
Brilliant listening skills and an ability to empathise and understand customer needs
You are passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced ever evolving environment
Welsh language skills would be desirable but not essential
