You'll be a key part of the customer journey, helping households access energy-saving improvements like insulation, solar PV, upgraded boilers, and air source heat pumps.

No Hard Selling


Our customers have already expressed interest. Your job is to answer simple questions, explain the process clearly, and book their in-person Home Energy Assessment.

Support People to Save


Many customers qualify for fully or partially funded home upgrades. You'll help check eligibility and guide them through the next steps.

Please note: occasional weekend work may be required, depending on customer demand or campaign peaks.

What You'll Be Doing:



Responding to inbound leads and enquiries with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Booking Home Energy Assessments for interested customers. Checking funding eligibility during calls and supporting customers through the process. Occasionally managing incoming calls and directing them to the right teams quickly and accurately.

What We're Looking For:



Excellent communication skills someone who can connect naturally with people. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact. Comfortable using digital systems to manage bookings and check customer eligibility.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work if required)

Initial Interviews:
