Full-Time Sales and Customer Experience Advisor - Location: Rotherham | 26,000 basic plus bonus | 37 hours per week

We're looking for a confident and friendly Sales and Customer Experience Advisor to join our small but busy retail team. This full-time in-person role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in tech and can confidently handle both face-to-face and online customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet and assist customers in store with product advice and support Answer phone calls and messages with helpful and accurate information Create engaging social media content and support online promotions Upload and manage product listings on our website Work as part of a small team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Interest in or knowledge of tech (phones, consoles, accessories etc) Confident and clear communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Good spelling and grammar for social media and web content Able to work well in a small team and take initiative when needed Retail or customer service experience preferred

Working Hours:

Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 to 18:00 Saturday: 10:00 to 15:00
(Full-time: 37 hours per week)

Must be able to commute to Rotherham S66 GCSE or equivalent (required) One year of customer service experience (preferred) Right to work in the UK
