The Role
We're looking for a Fluent German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to help our Retail and Trade Team. We want to hear from anyone who's approachable and organised, with previous experience in a technical customer service environment where you'll have developed a flair for establishing rapport with customers.
Working within a vibrant and friendly team, you'll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls, creating and maintaining customer records over the phone/email, processing orders and dealing with technical queries supported by our product engineers.
The role responsibilities;
Ideally you will have previous experience within Technical Customer Service, but your ability to learn is just as important, as training and support will be given to the right person.
Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and written correspondence and deal with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries daily.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their queries, questions and concerns.
Work alongside the Trade function to qualify and process Trade Customer enquiries and applications.
Provide assistance, including explaining procedures or policies, giving reasons for enquiries and justifying decisions.
Remain up-to-date on existing and new products, services and policies.
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience within a customer service environment
Have experience working in a customer service role particularly in a technical support role. Full training will however be given to the successful candidate if this does not exist.
Have excellent IT skills and able to navigate between various systems
Have a good knowledge of CRM systems
Be highly task and KPI driven
Be comfortable with data entry with good attention to detail
Be used to working collaboratively and as part of a successful team.
