Join our dynamic Customer Service team at AIT Home Delivery, a leader in providing efficient and reliable Global delivery services. We specialise in 2-person delivery solutions, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.



We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our clients.



Key Responsibilities



Customer Support:

Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, live chat and other social channels.

Delivery Coordination:

Work closely with the logistics team based in Germany to schedule and coordinate 2-person deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery schedules, and feedback and assist in document translation.

Communication:

Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team whilst responding to the customer needs.



Qualifications



Language Skills:

Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. This will be tested during the interview process.

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving:

Strong ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
