We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to manage the holiday boat lettings department within a large busy Marina and Waterside complex set in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Aquavista is a diverse nationwide leisure business growing fast through acquisitions and redevelopments, so it is an exciting time to be joining them.
The role:
Meet and greet guests, facilitating the beginning and end of their boat holiday.
Communicate with the housekeeping and cleaning teams, as well as liaising with the onsite engineer teams.
Organise the schedule of arrivals and departures, ensuring the boats are cleaned and seaworthy for each guest party.
Strive to deliver a fantastic customer experience to your guests at every available opportunity.
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilising excellent phone etiquette .
Provide outstanding customer support and client services via phone, email, and chat channels.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct data entry accurately to update customer records and track interactions.
Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
Handle payment transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity.
Analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions within CRM systems.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and improve overall customer experience.
Support the Marina team with overall running of the marina and waterside during busy periods.
The person:
Genuine, warm personality with a flair for great customer service and hospitality.
Hands-on approach to leadership and ownership mentality.
Strong customer service and organisational skills gained from working within in a busy leisure, travel/holiday, hotel, serviced property, hospitality, or rental business.
Have a passion for great customer service.
An interest in boats, the waterside or outdoor activities/living would be highly desirable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.33 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
