We are now seeking a

Customer Experience & Marketing Executive

to play a key role in shaping and delivering the customer journey across our showroom, events, and brand activities.

The Role

You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the dealership, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the passion, quality, and exclusivity of the Ferrari brand. The role blends customer experience, event delivery, and marketing support, working closely with sales and aftersales teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and enhancing the customer journey at point of sale and through ownership Planning, organising, and delivering customer and brand events in the UK and occasionally Europe Managing the Ferrari CRM system, ensuring accurate data capture and follow-up Supporting and analysing social media campaigns Developing strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence and reach. Proactively identify and develop new prospects, playing a key role in expanding opportunities and driving growth. Supporting digital, email, and multimedia marketing activity in line with Ferrari brand guidelines Contributing ideas to improve customer engagement and achieve individual and brand KPIs
The Ideal Candidate

Has a strong customer-facing background, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, or automotive Has experience or qualifications in marketing, or a strong interest in the discipline Is confident engaging with knowledgeable, discerning clients Is organised, creative, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team Has a genuine interest in Ferrari, its history, performance, and motorsport activities Is flexible to work occasional weekends and travel when required
