Katto is a modern kitchenware company. From our workshop in Sheffield, we design and hand-make exceptional kitchenware with a big focus on knives. And - courtesy of our brilliant customers - we're growing very quickly. In light of this, we're hunting for an enthusiastic Customer Experience & Operations Assistant to join our office in South London.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone and Gorgias, ensuring fast, friendly, and thoughtful support
Process order edits, returns, and cancellations using Shopify, CIN7, and our shipping platforms
Reconcile daily payments from Stripe, Klarna, PayPal, and other payment methods, flagging any discrepancies
Maintain accurate customer and order data across our systems
Collaborate with warehouse and marketing teams to resolve issues and deliver great customer outcomes
YOU WILL NEED
Experience in a customer support or e-commerce admin role desirable
Confident using tools like Shopify, Gorgias, and spreadsheets
Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with multitasking and switching between systems
Highly organised and detail-driven
